Systematic approach on facilitating large agile programs

I would like to start this post with the first step to create a roadmap to help the adoption of Agile at a program level.

By no means this is a finished proposal, please feel free to contribute whatever you need think it is useful. If needed, I will create an entire site to help to develop this adoption framework.

I’ve tried to make this framework as escalation model neutral as possible. It should help any model, if it has a release timebox and sprints.
